The Construction Manager Role:

• Reporting to the Project Manager, you will lead a team of engineers, workers, and subcontractors to deliver the project safely and to high standards. You will ensure compliance with contract documents, specifications, and drawings.
• Focusing on Site Establishment, you will monitor the schedule, assess risks and opportunities daily, and coordinate with the project planner and team on design, procurement, and construction activities.

Your Profile:

• Strong leadership skills
• Good knowledge of building products, construction details, rules, regulations, and quality standards
• Familiarity with construction software
