Overview

We are recruiting a Construction Manager to join a leading Pharmaceutical company in the Hertfordshire area. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient planning, coordination, and execution of all shutdown activities. As the Construction Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the facility's peak efficiency, meeting regulatory standards, and supporting long-term operational goals.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Manage the day-to-day coordination of the shutdown contractors.
  2. Develop roles and responsibilities matrix for the shutdown delivery team.
  3. Create systems and processes to support the safe delivery of shutdown projects.
