The Construction Manager responsibilities include:
  • Leading a team of engineers, works staff, and subcontractors to deliver the project safely and to high standards, ensuring compliance with contract documents, specifications, and drawings.
  • Monitoring the programme, assessing risks and opportunities daily across design, procurement, and construction, in collaboration with the project planner and team.
