Placements24 seeks a dynamic Construction Manager to lead major projects in Randburg. This hybrid role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and oversight from planning to close-out, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.

You will drive safety, quality, and timely delivery while coordinating with site staff, subcontractors, and consultants across Gauteng. Proven experience in large-scale projects and excellent negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in construction project management.
• Proven experience in large-scale commercial or residential construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contracts, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for construction projects.
