Sir Robert McAlpine has secured a prestigious contract to construct a state-of-the-art Battery Manufacturing Facility. The initial phase of the project includes the design and construction of a new 15GWh lithium-ion battery facility, ancillary buildings, and site-wide external works.

The Construction Manager Role
  • Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be a strong leader capable of managing a team of engineers, works staff, and subcontractors to deliver the project safely and to high standards. You will ensure compliance with contract documents, specifications, and drawings.
  • Focusing on Site Establishment, you will monitor the programme, assess potential risks and opportunities daily, and coordinate with the project planner and team regarding design, procurement, and construction activities.
