Balfour Beatty is recruiting a dynamic Construction Manager for the Net Zero Teesside project based at Redcar, Cleveland. You will take ownership of reinforced concrete works, manage site teams and subcontractors, uphold safety, and drive programme delivery.
Role requires proven construction management experience, leadership, effective communication, and a focus on safety and sustainability. CSCS card is required; APMP and Lean qualifications are desirable.

Balfour Beatty is seeking a dynamic Construction Manager to contribute to the Net Zero Teesside (NZT) project based at our site in Redcar and Cleveland.
To take ownership of and lead the construction activities for the reinforced concrete works on the scheme, ranging from briefings, RAMS, putting people to work, managing all subcontract works on site, managing the site managers (subordinates) and ensuring the project is run safely, and to programme. Report to Senior Project Manager and liaise with other key members of the team such as QS/Design/Planning
