Une entreprise recherchée à Londres recherche un Construction Manager qualifié pour gérer des projets résidentiels haut de gamme. Le candidat idéal doit avoir une formation en gestion de la construction et une expérience sur des travaux de bâtiments classés. Ce poste demande aussi de travailler de manière autonome tout en collaborant étroitement avec une équipe professionnelle.

Qualifications

• Expérience en gestion de construction, idéalement dans le secteur résidentiel haut de gamme.
• Titulaire d'une carte CSCS.
• Capacité à travailler de manière autonome en coordination avec l'équipe professionnelle.

Responsibilities

• Travailler en conjonction avec l'équipe de production et commerciale sur site.
• Comprendre le processus de gestion de la construction et les systèmes JCT CMA & TC.

Construction Manager Position

Construction Managers seeking to apply should ideally be professionally qualified (MCIOB or Degree) with relevant experience, preferably in high-end residential work and Listed Buildings. Candidates should be capable of working independently while collaborating closely with the onsite Professional Team, which includes 4 Production members and 3 Commercial members. An understanding of the Construction Management process, including JCT CMA & TC, would be advantageous.

In addition, the client requires:

• CSCS card holder
