Job description

The Construction Manager will play a pivotal role in the delivery of the T2 Baggage Programme at Heathrow, managing Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health (MEP) works as part of the Major Programme Partner framework. This involves overseeing the execution of MEP works across Tranche 4 of the programme, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and coordinating closely with both internal and external stakeholders, including supply chain partners and the Heathrow project management team. The role requires a strong emphasis on collaboration, communication, and leadership to ensure project objectives are met and works are delivered efficiently and effectively through to handover. The Construction Manager will also support procurement activities and oversee temporary site services to ensure the seamless integration of MEP systems into the broader project framework.
