Construction management on one of the UK's most significant energy infrastructure developments at Hinkley Point C, near Bridgwater, Somerset.

You will join an established specialist engineering contractor delivering technically demanding construction and mechanical engineering projects, with a strong focus on safety, quality and successful project execution.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Construction Manager / Senior Site Manager to take a leading role on a major project, coordinating multidisciplinary construction activities and working with professional engineering and project delivery teams.

For eligible candidates living away from the project, the substantial additional salary uplift and lodging allowance make this a particularly attractive opportunity.

  • Managing subcontractor performance, quality and productivity.
  • Attending coordination meetings and reporting progress, risks and priorities.
  • Identifying practical solutions to site challenges and construction interfaces.
  • Supporting project delivery from mobilisation through installation, completion and handover.
