Job summary

Integrate Resources Group is recruiting for an experienced Construction Manager to oversee steel structures on a major London project at Old Oak Common. This on-site role focuses on coordinating teams, subcontractors and resources to meet programme requirements.

You will be responsible for RAMS, inspections, QA and site documentation, ensuring safety and quality standards are upheld while maintaining progress with the project team.

Qualifications

• CSCS Black Card
• SMSTS
• Strong experience within steel structures, structural steel or associated installation works.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor structural steel installation works on site.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, materials and equipment.
• Ensure works are completed in accordance with project drawings, specifications and programme requirements.
• Manage and oversee RAMS, method statements and relevant site documentation.
• Carry out regular health & safety and quality inspections.
• Coordinate ITPs, inspections and requests for inspection with the Principal Contractor.
• Monitor quality and address any non-conformities or corrective actions.
• Ensure installation teams have the correct information and documentation to carry out their works.
• Work closely with the Project Manager and wider project team to maintain progress on site.
