Job description

4 days onsite presence required, 1 day WFH

SC but must apply for DV - Vetting team will process clearances for DV but must already have SC to be able to commence work.

Purpose of the Construction Manager:
  • Support and develop the successful delivery of projects using key project management principles, including risk management, change management, schedule management and quality whilst always maintaining a focus on safety.
  • Overseeing H&S forums and implementing H&S initiatives, ensuring safety is at the forefront of the construction phase.
  • Identify and document specific actions including establishing milestone to be performed to produce the project deliverables.
  • Review plans with architects, surveyors, and engineers.
  • Management of on-site logistics.
  • Maintaining and developing excellent Stakeholder and Alliance relationships.
  • Support the development of more junior staff through technical training and mentoring.
  • Feed into project programmes, design reviews and contract scope documents.
