Job Opportunity: Construction Manager (Visa Sponsorship + Relocation Support)

Salary: £45,000 per annum

Work Hours: 50 hours per week

Visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee construction operations and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Manage site teams, subcontractors, and vendors effectively.
  • Report project progress and address any issues that arise during the build process.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are strictly followed.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and local authorities as needed.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in one or more of the following sectors: Airports, Sea Ports, Highways, or Industrial Construction.
  • Communication: Proficient in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Health: Must be in good health (a recent medical report is required).
  • Background Check: Clean criminal record for the past 5 years.
  • Driving License: Valid driving license (international licenses are acceptable).
