Construction Manager

Exciting Site Manager opportunity for a high quality fit out and refurbishment company focusing on commercial, retail, and hospitality projects.

About the role of Site Manager:

Working on a high end hotel in Hertfordshire, focusing on the fit out of a conference room, bar, flexible office space and gym refurbishment.

Responsibilities for Site Manager:

• Checking and preparing site reports
• Day to day client liaising and staff reports
• Ensuring quality checks on site
• Ensuring sub contractors are working to deadlines

Requirements for Site Manager:

• Happy to work in Southern Hertfordshire with the intention of future London projects
• Experience working on projects valued up to 5 million
• CAT A, CAT B and commercial fit out experience
• Individuals who have come through Tier 1 or Tier 2 training programmes
