Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Manager to lead our dynamic team on project:

  • Hotels rooms
  • Restaurants
  • 1-to-4-bedroom houses
  • Co-living and student halls accommodation
  • Mixed-use development in Town Centres & Others.

You'll Do:

  • Lead all phases of construction projects, from pre-planning to final closeout.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality control programs.
  • Lead, mentor, and coordinate on-site superintendents, subcontractors, and crew.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers.
  • Enforce safety protocols.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact the project.

What You Bring:

  • Experience in construction management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects.
  • Leadership: A natural leader who inspires teams and fosters a collaborative, results-driven environment.
  • Expertise: Deep knowledge of construction methods, building codes, regulations, and construction management software.
  • Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; able to build strong relationships with all stakeholders. Able to train apprenticeship as well.
  • Education: not a requirement as long as experience is there in Construction Management.
  • Certifications: self-certificates will be advantageous but not necessary.
