Your Role Will Be:

• Oversee company superintendents.
• Plan, organize, and manage operations on job sites.
• Manage construction projects from start to finish, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Develop work procedures and oversee quality control.
• Support project cost control and scheduling.
• Assist in sales and business development.
• Resolve operational issues and coordinate with other departments.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Determine labor needs, acquire talent, and dispatch workers.
• Coordinate materials procurement and logistics.
• Review project drawings and specifications for constructability.
• Travel up to 70% is required.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in industrial/construction project management.
• Willingness to relocate or reside in Birmingham, Alabama.
• Knowledge of thermal processes and refractory work preferred.
• Proficiency in construction scheduling software such as MS Project.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• CPM or PMP certification preferred.
