What you will do
Asset+ (part of Johnson Controls) are seeking an experienced Construction Manager with a strong background in delivering building projects within a variety of environments. The successful candidate will need to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
How you will do it:
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of building and renewably projects within NHS hospital settings, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Managing project delivery, including risk assessments, contractor management and day to day tasks
Collaborate with contractors, and external consultants to ensure project objectives are met
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and reporting this to the Senior Project Manager
Preparing regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders
Foster a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement.
What we are looking for:
Required:
Extensive experience as a Construction Manager
Strong knowledge of construction processes,
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and decision-making.
Desirable:
Experience in Construction projects
Certification in relevant Health & Safety and management SSTS or SMSTS
Knowledge of sustainable building practices and digital construction technologies.
