As part of the wider Construction Logistics team, you'll be embedded in the very heart of this 36 billion megaproject, helping to coordinate material movements across HPC's vast, high-security site, working closely with delivery teams, construction areas, and key logistics partners.

Your ability to ensure the right materials arrive at the right place, at the right time, will directly impact project milestones and national energy security.

Liaise with consignment teams, G4S checkpoint staff, traffic marshallers, and 3PL logistics partners.
Coordinate day-to-day final-mile logistics to meet strict safety, schedule, and delivery targets.
Integrate logistics operations with site construction programmes and resolve real-time logistical bottlenecks.
Improve logistics processes by capturing data (e.g., via Excel/Power BI), identifying risks, and driving solutions.
Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders to report on KPIs, risks, safety, and delivery performance.

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications & Experience
Essential Experience & Skills:
Strong background in logistics or supply chain coordination, ideally within a construction or large infrastructure project.
Working knowledge of route management, traffic control, and final-mile delivery practices.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI).
Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to operate under pressure in high-paced environments.
Practical problem-solving approach with a keen focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Desirable:
Health & Safety training or certification (e.g., IOSH, NEBOSH).
Previous experience in nuclear, aerospace, rail, or other regulated environments.
Knowledge of UK construction logistics standards and safety protocols.

Are you ready to be part of a project that's reshaping the energy landscape of the UK? This is your opportunity to make a significant impact on the construction of Hinkley Point C. If you have the skills and experience to lead this challenging endeavour, we want to hear from you.

What's in It for You
Be Part of History: Work on the UK's first new nuclear power station in a generation.
Scale & Impact: Over 22,000 workers contributing to a 36 billion project that supports 70,000+ UK jobs.
