This popular City firm with a well-regarded construction department is looking for an ambitious lawyer to join their team. The department acts for real estate developers, housebuilders, property investment companies, contractors, sub-contractors, and major engineering consultancies, as well as high-value residential construction projects. You will handle a predominantly contentious caseload working on UK adjudications and Technology and Construction Court (TCC) Litigation. The caseload includes final account and delay claims, quality of build claims, construction insolvency, bond claims, ACM cladding, fire safety defects claims, professional indemnity, and other insurance-related claims.
