Following our first successful round of Green Energy Skills Bootcamps, providing a Level 3 Installation of Solar Photovoltaic Systems with L2 City & Guilds Award in Sustainability and the Green Environment qualification, we are looking for someone to deliver our second cohort.

We are currently recruiting a new construction lecturer to join our expanding Construction team.

You will need to be a highly motivated team player with the skills, drive, and enthusiasm to deliver and maintain high standards. The role involves teaching Level 2 Multi-skills qualification for full-time students in units such as Carpentry, Painting and Decorating, Plumbing, Tiling, Health and Safety, and Environmental. Resources and expert advice are in place within the team.

About you (requirements):

• High level of knowledge and experience in various construction crafts
• PV Solar Qualified
• Hold a teaching qualification and at least 2 years’ teaching or training experience within construction
• Hold a Level 2 qualification in a vocational construction area
• Committed to developing learners’ skills and technical understanding

You will guide learners through their individual learning journey, including assessment, action planning, and course development contributions.
