Job description

We are seeking a 4-8 PQE Associate / Senior Associate to join our thriving Construction practice. The team is currently based across our offices in Cardiff, Southampton, and Oxford, but we are also open to candidates from other locations such as Reading or London. Our work encompasses both contentious and non-contentious matters, encouraging a broad skill set. Given our recent focus on high-profile transactional work, familiarity with JCT and NEC contracts from a construction and property development perspective is essential. Experience with PPP or PFI transactions is highly valued, as is exposure to FIDIC or ICHEME forms.

We support hybrid working, typically involving 2-3 days of flexible office attendance based on business needs.

Skills / Experience Required

• 4-8 PQE
• Confident and personable
• Very familiar with JCT and NEC
• Wider procurement experience, such as PFI / PPP
• Strong technical competence and intellectual ability
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• A team player with leadership potential
