We are seeking a qualified lawyer with a strong academic background and experience reviewing and negotiating contracts, including standard forms, with front-to-back legal support.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with a strong academic background
• Top 50 law firm or equivalent in-house/secondment experience
• Flexible, communicative and adaptable
• Enthusiastic about embracing new work cultures
• Rapidly develop close, trusting relationships

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and negotiating contracts including standard form construction contracts
• Providing front-to-back legal support through all stages of assignments
• Support to the legal team during projects across renewables and energy infrastructure
