Arbuthnot Yon Ltd in the Midlands is seeking a Construction Lawyer (2–7 PQE) to join its growing in-house legal team and manage high-quality construction work on major capital projects across renewables and infrastructure.

The role offers a collaborative environment, strong development opportunities, and hybrid working with 4 or 5 days per week, alongside a competitive package and career progression.

Qualifications

• Drafting and negotiating construction contracts (e.g. JCT/NEC) and supporting major infrastructure and renewables projects.
• Provide pragmatic, commercial advice to operational, engineering, procurement and project teams.
• Contribute to broader legal matters within an in-house function and collaborate with colleagues.

Responsabilités

• Advise on a broad range of construction matters and contracts for major projects.
• Support expanding capital projects and construction pipeline.
• Provide commercial guidance to project teams across disciplines.
• Collaborate with the in-house legal function on wider matters.
• Operate from a Midlands-based HQ with flexible hybrid working.
