  • Communicate effectively with clients, delivering practical, cost-effective solutions
  • Play an active role in business development and building client relationships
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team

About You:

  • Qualified in England & Wales or Scotland, with relevant post-qualification experience with 5+ years' PQE
  • Background in construction and infrastructure disputes; wider commercial disputes experience is welcomed but not essential
  • A strong team player with a proactive, commercial mindset
  • Able to build trusted client relationships and work collaboratively with colleagues across practice areas
