Qualifications

• Avocat en construction qualifié au Royaume-Uni avec 4-8 ans d'expérience.

• Approche commerçante, proactive et collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Travail sur de grands projets de développement au Royaume-Uni et à l'étranger.
• Rédaction et négociation de contrats de construction.

• You’ll work on major UK and cross-border development projects, acting for developers, funders, contractors, and public bodies.
• Drafting and negotiating standard form and bespoke construction contracts (JCT, NEC, FIDIC, EPC, etc.).
