Job summary

Kingdom Maintenance Fife Ltd is seeking a reliable Semi-Skilled Labourer to assist with construction, maintenance and general labour tasks. You will support skilled tradespeople, handle basic tools, and help ensure work is completed safely and to a high standard.

The role involves lifting, loading and moving materials, keeping the site tidy, and following health and safety rules. A CSCS card is desirable, but training will be provided for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a labouring, construction, manufacturing, or maintenance environment preferred.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling tasks.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
• Awareness of workplace health and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist skilled tradespeople with daily work activities.
• Carry out general labouring duties, including lifting, loading, and moving materials.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Prepare and maintain work areas, ensuring they are clean and organised.
• Assist with installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
• Report any equipment faults, hazards, or incidents to supervisors.
• Support site operations as required to meet project deadlines.
• Handle and store materials and equipment correctly.
