Job summary

Interaction Engineering in Livingston is seeking a reliable Construction Labourer to join its growing team on a full-time basis, working across a variety of projects.

You will support tradespeople and site teams, help with site preparation, move materials, and maintain a clean, safe work environment. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential. CSCS would be advantageous and a full UK driving licence may be beneficial.

Qualifications

• Previous construction or labouring experience is preferred but not essential.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Physically fit and comfortable carrying out manual work.
• Able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong awareness of health and safety.
• CSCS card would be advantageous.
• Full UK Driving Licence would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist tradespeople and site teams with day-to-day construction activities.
• Load, unload and move materials around site.
• Prepare tools, equipment and materials for use.
• Keep work areas clean, tidy and organised.
• Assist with site preparation and general construction duties.
• Dispose of waste and materials safely and appropriately.
• Follow site health and safety procedures at all times.
• Ensure tools and equipment are used safely and correctly.
• Carry out any other general labouring duties as required.
