Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking gang of Labourers to join our clients team for a 4-6 week Demolition project in Paulton near Bristol . The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well within a team environment.

Duties

  • Assist with the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris and ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Carry out manual labour tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials and equipment.
  • Operate basic construction tools and machinery under supervision.
  • Follow instructions from site supervisors and assist skilled tradespeople as required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area throughout the project duration.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times to ensure personal and team safety on site.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in construction or a related field is essential
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is preferred.
