Great Northern Insulation is currently recruiting for full-time General Construction Labourers for our London/Woodstock, ON Commercial Division! This position focuses on work within our commercial and industrial sectors.

Requirements:

1. Drywall, taping, roofing, landscaping, construction, or insulation experience an asset
2. Ability to work in different environmental conditions (indoors/outdoors, hot/cold)
3. Ability to work province-wide, if needed, is an asset
4. G Driver's license with a clear driver's abstract
5. Must be comfortable working at heights and in tight spaces
6. Working at Heights certificate is an asset
7. Proven ability to work effectively as a team
8. Proven time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
9. Ability to work OT and weekends when needed
10. Basic reading, writing, math, and computer skills

Standard Job Duties:

1. Help with the insulation of walls and other areas using the appropriate materials
2. Duties also include accurate and on-time completion of paperwork, loading/unloading materials and equipment, job site clean-up, and various maintenance tasks as needed
3. Ability to work Monday to Friday (occasional weekends), start time as early as 6 am with flexible end times
4. Installers work in pairs on a variety of job sites
5. Work both indoors and outdoors
6. Working at heights
7. Standing, bending, lifting, and ladder use
8. Wearing PPE such as safety boots, safety glasses, gloves, masks/respirators, and overalls
9. Use of common handheld power tools
