Description:

• We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. This position supports both concrete and carpentry operations. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in general construction labor, with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to jobsite safety.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in construction, concrete work, or carpentry
• Ability to read a tape measure and complete basic math
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in varying weather conditions
• Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and take direction

Job Duties:

• Assist with form setting, framing, and finishing concrete
• Support carpenters with framing, trim work, and general carpentry tasks
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Prepare and clean construction sites by removing debris, hazards, and materials
• Mix, pour, and spread concrete under supervision
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipment safely
• Follow blueprints, site layouts, and instructions from supervisors or skilled tradespeople
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Comply with OSHA regulations and company safety policies
