Job description

Looking for full-time employees for a construction company specializing in building residential, agricultural, and commercial post-frame buildings. We also do house framing, occasional roofing, vinyl siding, barn restorations, and garages.

We are currently hiring general laborers and a foreman. Applicants must be comfortable with heights, know how to operate various lifts, set up ladders properly, and have some knowledge of hand tools used in construction. We use lifts and skid loaders where possible to make the job easier, but it remains a physically demanding job. Long days are common during the building season.

Must be willing to travel; we cover the entire states of Ohio and Michigan. Hotels and travel expenses are paid.

Pay is based on experience. We can train new employees with no experience, but we are also seeking experienced workers.

Applicants for the foreman position must have at least 2 years of verifiable experience as a laborer on a construction crew.

Overtime pay is provided after 40 hours weekly.
