Job summary

Kier Group is seeking a Learning and Development Advisor to join Kier Construction. This hybrid role balances hands-on training delivery with strategic program management, including LMS optimization and cross-site coordination.

You'll work across the UK, supporting the technical training and core skills agenda, building strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams, and driving data-informed improvements.

Qualifications

• This role requires experience in Learning and Development with data analysis.
• Ability to translate insights into training improvements.
• Strong collaboration across functions and sites.
• Knowledge of construction training or similar regulated sectors.

Responsibilities

• Optimising the Learning Management System to generate insights on activity and compliance.
• Support the Training Coordinator community and manage internal SLAs.
• Manage relationships with external training providers and audits.
• Develop new training solutions and keep the Training Matrix updated.
• Visit UK projects to understand training needs and shape offerings.
• Maximise external funding opportunities and coordinate with teams.
