New Role: Construction Knowledge Lawyer – Part-Time (4 days/week)

We’re working with a highly regarded London firm looking for a Construction Knowledge Lawyer to join their dynamic team, working across a wide range of commercial real estate and development-led projects.

This is a great opportunity for either an experienced PSL or a non-contentious construction lawyer looking to pivot into a dedicated knowledge role.

What’s involved:

• Lead on training and know-how strategy across the construction group

• Stay ahead of legal updates and case law, and ensure the team is too

• Maintain and develop precedents and guidance materials

• Support earners with technical queries and internal best practice

• Contribute to document automation and knowledge innovation projects

Ideal background:

• 4+ years' PQE in non-contentious construction work

• Strong academic record and a genuine interest in the academic side of law

• Previous knowledge lawyer experience is welcome but not essential

• Proactive, collaborative, and confident working independently

• Excellent drafting and communication skills
