Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited in Bolton is seeking a Helpdesk / Estimation Administrator (Construction) to support day-to-day FM and construction project delivery by providing administrative, helpdesk and estimating support.

The role offers a salary of £27,000 - £30,000 with progression, training, development and company benefits. The successful candidate will have experience in Helpdesk or Estimating and will liaise with clients and suppliers to prepare quotations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Helpdesk, Service Desk, Estimating or Administration role.
• Experience in construction or similar industry preferred.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming client requests via telephone, email and helpdesk portal.
• Log, prioritise and allocate reactive maintenance jobs.
• Prepare quotations and estimates for maintenance and construction works.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers and internal teams to obtain pricing and information.
