Job summary

A construction firm is seeking a Health & Safety Advisor based in Perth, Scotland. You will be responsible for managing the ISO 45001 Safety Management System and advising the operations team on daily health and safety matters. Ideal candidates will have over three years of experience in a similar role within the construction or civil engineering sector, a valid CSCS card, and a recognized qualification in Health & Safety. This is a full-time permanent position involving proactive safety culture promotion and compliance auditing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Health & Safety advisory within construction or civil engineering.
• Ability to manage ISO 45001 Safety Management System.
• Full valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Advise site management on daily health & safety matters.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance.
• Deliver toolbox talks and engage with the workforce.
