Job description

Are you ready to make your mark in one of the UK s most ambitious residential development programmes?

We re working exclusively with a leading Residential Construction Organisation to find a Health & Safety Construction Advisor to support complex construction projects across London and the surrounding areas.

This is a permanent, site–based position with 1 day per week working from home.

You'll work across in–house developments and joint venture schemes, typically RC frame, high–rise, and traditional builds, while being part of a respected and growing corporate H&S team.

What you ll be doing:
  • Advise across a mix of development projects ranging from traditional build through to high–rise RC frame projects.
  • Carry out audits, inspections, investigations, and RAMS reviews
  • Engage directly with site teams, contractors, and senior stakeholders
  • Drive compliance with CDM regs, HSE legislation, and internal safety standards
  • Promote a positive safety culture while being empowered to challenge, educate, and lead
What we re looking for:
  • NEBOSH General / Construction Certificate (or equivalent),
  • Tech IOSH or above (actively maintaining CPD),
  • Strong knowledge of RC frame, High Rise Construction, Cladding, or Construction.
  • Experience working across multi–site construction environments.
  • Able to influence site behaviours with confidence and empathy.
  • Full UK driving licence
  • CSCS card
