With depots in Avonmouth, Cardiff, Gloucester, Stonehouse, and Tewkesbury, we predominantly operate across South-West England. Our specialties include Construction, Waste Management, Plant Hire, Demolition, and Transport operations.

This is a permanent role within our Construction team, working on sites across South Wales and South-West England.

Responsibilities for the job role:

• Perform all aspects of Groundworks
• Drainage and ducting
• Dig footings with an understanding of plans and datum
• External works and finishing (slabbing, kerbing, paving)
• Concreting
• Adhere to Health and Safety policies and procedures
• General labouring tasks
• Look after company property

Candidate requirements:

• Experience in Groundworks
• Drainage and ducting skills
• Ability to read plans and understand datum
• Experience in external works and finishing
• Concreting skills
• Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations
• Teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and think ahead
• Proficiency with power tools
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and conscientious
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Reliability and punctuality
