Responsibilities for the job role:

• All aspects of Groundworks
• Drainage and ducting
• Digging footings with an understanding of plans and datum
• External works and finishes (slabbing, kerbing, paving)
• Concreting
• Complying with Health and Safety policies and procedures
• General labouring
• Ensuring company property is well-maintained

The successful candidate will:

• Perform all aspects of Groundworks
• Handle drainage and ducting tasks
• Excavate footings with plan and datum understanding
• Complete external finishes (slabbing, kerbing, paving)
• Concreting
• Follow Health and Safety policies
• Assist in general labouring tasks
• Maintain company property
• Work effectively as part of a team
• Plan ahead and consider job requirements
• Use power tools proficiently
• Read and interpret drawings
