Overview

Are you a recent graduate ready to launch your career?

We are seeking individuals who have recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in fields such as Data Modelling (including BIM and Digital Construction), Engineering (including Robotics and Mechatronics), Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Business Administration.

• £30,160 per annum• Based in Selkirk• Travel and site work across the UK is part of the programme. All travel and accommodation expenses are covered.

What you'll be doing
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will gain hands-on experience and support a variety of specific projects linking your skills and capabilities, in a safe yet challenging learning environment. You will play a crucial role in our overall activities with an emphasis on your specific experience and qualifications towards the latter part of the programme. At the outset, you will be given a broad and detailed introduction to our breadth of services and will be directly involved in supporting the delivery of those for our clients. You will be responsible for working on: • Water quality management systems, including storage assets and pipelines, using a range of technologies • Enhanced chemical cleaning • Manual inspections of assets • Robotic inspections using underwater ROVs and robotic cleaners • Aerial drones for land and asset surveys • Emphasis on project management, including leading projects, business administration, and management development, as well as continued front-line placements.
Who we’re looking for

• We are seeking individuals who have earned or are on track to earn a Bachelor's or Master's degree in fields such as Data Modelling (including BIM and Digital Construction), Engineering (including Robotics and Mechatronics), Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Business Administration.• A positive and enthusiastic attitude• Be equally effective working as part of a team or independently• A full driver’s licence• Be flexible in your approach to travel• Demonstrable strong knowledge of computer and IT programmes• Intellectual curiosity to develop a deep understanding of business issues, and proven ability to express recommendations in a professional manner• Great communication skills, both written and verbal, and an eagerness to collaborate with colleagues across the business
