You will work with project and commercial teams, supporting planning, measurements, procurement, and reporting while gaining hands-on experience across the delivery process.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the delivery of residential and commercial construction projects.
• Assisting with project planning, programming and progress monitoring.
• Supporting Quantity Surveyors with valuations, variations and cost reporting.
• Assisting with procurement and subcontractor management.
• Reviewing drawings, specifications and project documentation.
• Attending site meetings and assisting with project coordination.
• Supporting the preparation of reports and project documentation.
• Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and other project stakeholders.
• Developing an understanding of construction contracts, commercial processes and project delivery.
