Galbraith Commercial & Industrial Construction in Carlisle, PA, seeks a skilled Construction Foreman to join our team. As a Foreman, you will oversee and coordinate construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Compensation:

$26 - $28 hourly

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines.
2. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery of materials.
3. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any safety hazards or compliance issues on the construction site.
4. Provide leadership and mentorship to construction crew members, supporting their professional development and ensuring a cohesive team environment.
5. Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers, to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or changes.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
2. Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
4. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
5. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
