Qualifications

• Experience estimating costs for construction projects.
• Ability to build tenders and assess project viability.
• Strong supplier and client relationship skills.
• Willingness to commute to Bristol and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Cost planning and estimation for projects.
• Build up tenders after consultation and assess tender suitability.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams.
• Work Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
