Role Details:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the team through implementation of best practices.
- Responsible for delivering discipline-specific construction scope of works to support MEH construction activities, including cradle-to-grave installation of components.
- Coordinate with other MEH groups, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
- Liaise with SMEs and client counterparts.
- Ensure documentation compliance with latest works information and MEH documentation, keeping documents up-to-date.
- Own and drive deliverables from conception to A-accepted status.
- Prioritize and own documentation to enable construction as per the Level 4 plan.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Report to the Building Lead or deputy.
- Demonstrate positive HSE leadership and build a strong HS&E culture.
- Ensure compliance with nuclear safety and site license requirements.
- Provide line management and deputize for the Building Lead when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and coordinate works information documentation.
- Deliver discipline-specific construction documentation, including work packs.
- Use systems to monitor team time allocation and work progression.
- Report on installation progress and forecast planning.
- Coordinate between disciplines to manage interfaces.
- Support other MEH teams for a coordinated approach.

Qualifications:
- Degree or equivalent vocational training in the relevant discipline.
- Relevant professional accreditation (desirable).
- Ability to obtain security clearance (BPSS or higher).
- CCNSG Safety Passport.
Experience:
- Experience in a highly regulated sector, preferably nuclear, within the specific discipline.
- Knowledge of Safe Systems of Work.
- Experience in major construction projects.
- Experience at Engineer or Senior Engineer level, including joint ventures.
