What you will be doing
  • Acting on complex Construction Litigation, Arbitration and Adjudication matters.
  • Advising on risk and regulatory issues alongside the firm's non-contentious Construction and Real Estate teams.
  • Working with a diverse client base, including construction professionals, employers, contractors and insurers on major infrastructure, transport, energy and engineering projects, both in UK and internationally.
  • Navigating a wide variety of contract forms, including NEC and FIDIC (a strong working knowledge of both is essential).
What the firm is looking for
  • 2-5 years' post-qualified experience in Construction disputes.
  • Experience from a top-tier law firm, with a focus on Insurance and/or Construction.
  • Deep understanding of the TCC, adjudication and ideally international arbitration (e. ICC, LCIA, UCTA).
  • Familiarity with the international legal landscape, including enforcement of foreign judgments, is highly beneficial.
  • Fire safety experience is desirable.
Why join?
  • Competitive compensation with bonuses, private medical insurance and pension contribution.
  • Access to the firm's global skills academy, with extensive learning and development opportunities.
  • Work in a firm recognised as a Stonewall Top Global Employer and Top 75 Employer for Social Mobility.
