We’ve been exclusively instructed by a forward-thinking, vibrant, specialist City construction/property boutique.
The firm advises investors, developers, main contractors and sub-contractors on a range of property and construction issues, and they are now looking for a Senior Associate level construction disputes lawyer.
In this role you’ll have the opportunity to advise this loyal client base on a broad mix of disputes, primarily relating to all forms of JCT and NEC contracts.
In order to be considered you will probably have:
As well as the above legal skills, you’ll have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, strong time management skills (the ability to operate with urgency at pace when required), as well as strong skills in IT, matter finance, business development and team working.
In exchange, you’ll be part of an organisation in which you’ll be valued, appreciated, and offered an actual work life balance, flexibility, and career progression. The firm offers a hybid working environment and most employees work a combination of office base and remote.
If you’re a Senior Associate from a larger firm, sick of big firm culture and politics, with high standards, good experience, a sense of humour (and you don’t take yourself too seriously), you’ll fit right in.
