High Level Contentious Construction Lawyer Role in Dynamic International Firm

Responsibilities

  • Expertly navigate complex, high-value, international construction disputes.
  • Leverage 3+ years' Post Qualifying Experience to provide superior advisory services on major infrastructure and transport projects.
  • Serve on behalf of contractors, sub-contractors, employers, owners and financiers, employing sharp problem-solving and negotiation skills in the face of competitive scenarios.
  • Handle arbitrations subject to ICC, LCIA and SIAC institutional rules, in both a lead role and an ad hoc capacity.
  • Actively participate in adjudication, litigation, mediation, and other forms of dispute resolution, showcasing your command of the UK and international legal landscapes.

Requirements

  • Lawyers with over 3+ years of post-qualification experience.
  • Proven history of handling arbitration subject to ICC, LCIA and SIAC institutional rules; as well as on an ad hoc basis.
  • Proficient in adjudication, litigation, mediation and other forms of dispute resolution – in the UK and internationally.
  • Current working at Associate level
