Job description

LAW Absolute is currently working with a leading international firm whose market leading contentious construction practice is currently seeking an experienced senior level construction disputes lawyer to join them on a 12-month FTC basis. The role includes working with a diverse range of clients across the transportation, energy, and infrastructure sectors where you’ll work on complex and interesting UK and cross border construction disputes. This will include dealing with litigation, arbitrations, adjudications and in some cases mediations and other ADR methods.

On top of a broad range of contentious construction disputes experience, you will ideally have a good knowledge of the standard form construction contracts (JCT, FIDIC and NEC) and be able to work as part of a team as well as independently on your own matters.

Due to the nature of the role and level of responsibility involved, you will have at least 5 years PQE.
