  • Supervise day-to-day site activities, including installation and coordination of pressurised mechanical systems.
  • Support contractors to ensure timely, high-quality delivery while proactively identifying and resolving safety and quality concerns.
  • Maintain detailed daily site logs and escalate issues as needed through comprehensive reporting to the Senior Construction Delivery Manager.
  • Foster collaboration with health and safety, quality, logistics, and project control teams to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Participate in daily planning meetings (PLOD/PLOW) and technical briefings to communicate key updates and decisions.
  • Conduct and record regular assurance and safety inspections in line with project goals.
  • Champion a culture of safety, integrity, and teamwork, both within the internal team and with contract partners.
About You
  • A qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent vocational experience.
  • Strong experience in construction delivery, particularly with mechanical systems in a highly regulated or complex environment.
  • A sound understanding of CDM Regulations and construction sequencing.
