Location: London - Flexible

Salary: £67,820 to £84,776 per annum + £5,000 car allowance

Hours: 36 hours per week

We're seeking an experienced Construction Delivery Manager to join our Development Delivery Team to help us play our role in delivering 50,000 new homes in 10 years.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver multiple projects within current development programmes already in delivery or in the pipeline, across a range of tenures including low-cost home ownership, rented, market sale housing and commercial tenures.
  • Manage the delivery of research, workshops, and other activities to support the specification and agreement of project deliverables.
  • Engage with internal and external development partners to support stakeholder engagement.
  • Identify stakeholders, understand their needs, issues, and concerns, and react by arranging meetings and events and drafting supporting materials to promote understanding and commitment.
Qualifications
  • Minimum HNC qualification or equivalent in a development delivery role or construction-related field.
  • Proven experience within a housing development or other property-based commercial organisation.
