A leading housing organization in London is seeking a Construction Delivery Manager to join their Development Delivery Team. This role involves managing multiple projects to help deliver 50,000 new homes and engaging with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. Candidates should possess an HNC or equivalent in a relevant field and have proven experience in housing development. Offering a competitive salary of £67,820 to £84,776 per annum plus benefits, including a £5,000 car allowance.

We’re seeking an experienced Construction Delivery Manager to join our Development Delivery Team to help us play our role in delivering 50,000 new homes in 10 years.
Drawing on your experience of delivering projects across a range of tenures including low-cost home ownership, rented, market sale housing and commercial tenures, we’ll look to you to plan and deliver multiple projects within current development programmes already in delivery or in the pipeline. You’ll manage the delivery of research, workshops, and other activities to support the specification and agreement of project deliverables.
Using your experience of successful engagement and working with internal and external development partners, you’ll contribute to stakeholder engagement by identifying stakeholders; by finding out their needs, issues, and concerns; and by reacting to these needs, issues, and concerns, arranging meetings and events and drafting supporting materials to promote understanding and commitment.
You'll need a minimum HNC qualification or equivalent in a development delivery role or construction related field alongside proven experience within a housing development or other property based commercial organisation.

Travel: Applicants must be able to travel across the region as required. Occasional travel may be required with attendance at your designated office base and occasional travel to other Clarion offices as and when required.
