Zusammenfassung

Costain is seeking a Construction and Delivery Lead / Project Manager to strengthen the Southern Water AMP8 delivery programme. You will oversee heavy civil, mechanical and electrical activities, manage client interfaces, supervise site teams and ensure H&S and quality standards across multiple schemes in the South and Southeast regions.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree or HND with professional training, has NEC3/4 experience, and a proven track record in delivering complex

Qualifikationen

• Civil/engineering degree or equivalent with site delivery experience.
• Experience with NEC3/NEC4 contracts.
• Knowledge of construction principles and health & safety practices.

Aufgaben

• Manage client interface meetings and report progress/cost.
• Lead, mentor and supervise site teams to maximise contribution.
• Review contracts and develop methods, programmes and forecast costs.
• Prepare and review budgets and weekly progress.
• Ensure H&S and quality data are captured and reported.
• Maintain daily site diary and records of changes.
• Ensure inspection/test plans, risk assessments and method statements are reviewed and adhered to.
